Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for products that have been correctly delivered and are free from defects. This means products cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong colour or model, or no longer want the product.

Rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law remain unaffected.

Customers in the European Union: Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer and your delivery address is in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement (for example by email) to siamandmohamad452@gmail.com with your order number. You can also use the model withdrawal form of your country. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the 14 days have expired.

After withdrawal, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back. Refunds are made using the original payment method. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or differs from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at siamandmohamad452@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and inform you about the next steps in accordance with applicable law. If the issue is our responsibility, we will provide return instructions and bear the return cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for correctly delivered products that are free from defects, except where a statutory right applies.

Refunds

Where a refund is required by law or agreed by us, it is made to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery Times

Our products are shipped directly from suppliers or fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery time is generally 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
